God has designed each of us with unique personality traits that suit us for different purposes. Our personalities shape how we respond to others and to opportunities. Understanding more about who we are, how we are designed, and why we make the choices we make can help us be more confident in ourselves.

Knowing whether we are introverted or extroverted will help us make choices that will make our lives less stressful and more enjoyable.  Knowing this information will also help us to recognize what drains us of our energy and what helps us gain energy.  Knowing more about ourselves can help us be more proactive to set ourselves up for success when we know we are going to be in situations that challenge us to our very core–especially when it comes to dealing with our kids.

Are you introverted or extroverted? Complete the assessment below and choose the response that you feel describes you most of the time. At a future coaching session, we will discuss the results of this assessment as well as ways that you can use this information in your life, in your relationships, and in your parenting.
